Was online shopping for Pandora charms, came across website that offered charms at discounted prices. I didn't think the discount was suspicious, I have made purchases from other discounted sites, When I put in my credit card information, it said my order of $30.98 was declined. I looked at my bank account and there was a pending charge for $33.18 from Shanghai. I immediately tried to contact the company, there wasn't a phone number listed anywhere on the site, I sent a message and I never received a response. I thought maybe the pending charge would not go through but it did, 3 days later. A second email was sent, without a response and no other means to contact this so called company.
