I am an avid Pandora jewelry customer. I live on an extremely tight budget and have no room for mishaps with my personal money. While looking on Amazon.com under womens jewelry, Pandora selected as the business, I saw a I guess it would be called a "cookie". It had this website listed advertising original Pandora jewelry for sale at low prices and deals. all the pictures were quite accurate of actual pandora jewelry and charms. I received a welcome email from the site and an email to use to contact the store owner if I had questions or issues should arise. Everything appeared legal. So I placed my order for two different earring sets and an "inspiration" bracelet as they called it, in sterling silver with supposed amethyst and cubic zirconia embellishments on the sterling silver charms and earrings. I asked for standard shipping because using the amount I payed them using my personal debit card, I was to be allowed free shipping within the USA. I then received an email giving me the parcel number I had purchased and the official tracking number I had been given for my parcel through the 17Track website I was referred to. when the tracking number was unfound, I was told it might just be a shipping error and not to worry. After a day I noticed a charge to my debit card from a website that I had Never even seen, never mind approved of. After allerting my bank, my money was returned to my account through a fraudulent charge case. thank heavens I am a frequent visitor to my online banking site. Then after 10 business days I had yet to receive my package through the mail, so I sent an email ot to the store owner letting them know of my issues with the tracking and all. There was no reply. A day later my package arrived, a few days late but who was I to argue? It had been traveling partly through the fourth of July celebration 2017. It turns out the package was sent from China, from a company I had no knowledge of. when I opened the parcel, I was immediately infuriated. Nothing inside was actual Pandora products, not even the company jewelry cardboard box. the metal wasn't close to what I ordered, it was a shoddy imitation. Jewels were imitation and everything else. The earrings weren't even close to the style or design of the ones I had ordered. When I tried contacting the company again there was no reply, so I called Pandora and Amazon. Neither had ever even heard of the website before. So all I can do now is let others be aware of this scheme. I hope someone else can be spared the irritation and enragement that I have gone thru, and the money loss.
