I ordered several charms for Christmas gift on December 17, 2021. I received an email with an order number and tracking number. The order went to a post office in California, I live in NJ. My bank statement has Asher Thomson as the person that was paid for the charms. I was excited because these charms were Pandora and not expensive. Now I know I’ve been scammed. I’ve tried to contact them and they never reply.

I ordered a bracelet and a pair of earrings from this so called website. They took my £45.00 but I never received the goods. This was about 7/8 weeks ago. It is clearly a scam website.
The bracelet was a gift to a friend and the earrings a gift for my daughter!
Very frustrating as had to go out and buy again! I tried to e-mail these people but never received a reply.

I ordered $100 worth of items and received an email from Cyndy stating my order was received. I have yet to receive my order. No response from several attempts to contact them.

I found this site and was truly excited about the outlet store. I placed an order over 200.00 back over a month ago and to date still have not received my order. I received one email from Cathy letting me know my order was received. A few days later stating my order was shipped and I should receive my items in 5-7 days. I reached out to them via email several times with no response. I have since accepted I was scammed, a very expensive lesson for me.

SCAM - Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Purchased charms from the original pandoraecharms website on the 15th Dec. One month later, they still have not arrived. I checked the tracking and the items were delivered to USA, when I live in GB. Emailed the website twice for support. No response. I can now see the SCAMMER has set up a new website under this domain.
Bank statement shows payment to: Asher Thomson in NSW - what a parasite of society!

SCAM SITE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Placed a $100 order, got confirmation email that looked shadey, also got tracking. Got a delivery confirmation "package delivered in or at mailbox" in Dublin California, I live in New York. Emailed them asking for a response, their response was "ok, will reply later", i opened a dispute with my bank.

Pandoraicharms.com stole my money

I ordered a bracelet with charms on 01/09/2022 and was supposed to receive my purchase on 01/29/2022. However on 01/27/2022 I received an email from the US Post Office stating my package was delivered to an address in North Carolina. I live in California so I knew something was wrong. I have sent the company several emails, but have not received a reply. The website looks just like the real Pandora Website so I had no reason to be concerned until now. They stole my $72.00 and I don't think I will ever get a reply from them.

I purchased 3 charms and received emails with confirmation, order number and shipping info but never received anything. When I emailed to complain they said they would give me a refund but never did anything.

I was searching for a discontinued Pandora charm. This site came up in my search and looked like Pandora sites usually look. I placed an order and received an email with details saying my order would be shipped in 3 days. I noticed the email looked fraudulent. I was doing holiday shopping online and do not remember which credit card I used! I usually take a screen shot of all my purchases. The order just says "credit card." The person used the name Cyndy. I have not received my items and have checked my credit card purchases but have not seen the charges post on any of my credit cards, as of yet. I did put notifications on my cards. I tried to sign in to see if my order was real or fraud and I see it is "not secure" and said my user name was not found. I fear my identity is at risk and do not know what to do.
