I was searching on the web looking to see if any business had an old television series from 1979 titled "Cliffhangers" for sale on DVD. I found a website named Pandora's Video who claim to specialize in rare out of print DVDs. I was pleased to see exactly what I was looking for a fair price. However as I looked at the website, it seemed very poorly designed. There was no address or phone number listed so there is now way to know where the company is based (The website says they ship their DVD's from New Jersey.). The only means to contact them was a web address I have included with this complaint. I was eager to order the DVD but I was suspicious of what I saw. I sent an e mail to the address given on the website to ask them a few questions about the business. The website says they answer e mails usually within twelve hours of the time they were received. However the e mail came back to me as undelivered. I thought that I should bring this to your attention. Thankfully I did not order anything from Pandora's Video, but I would hate to learn that somebody else may have been scammed by this business.
