It was purchased one of the companies all in one gaming systems from the on-line store with a published 12 -14 day processing and shipping time frame. After 3 weeks nothing arrived, and my order was still in the status of Processing. I sent an email to the company and did not receive a reply. I then searched their website and realized that they do not have an address or phone number published. Its been almost 2 months since my order, I've now sent a dozen emails and the company has not responded. I'm in the process of canceling with my credit card to get a refund. Looking on-line there were many delays shared by the company during 2020 and 2021 as a result of covid supply chain challenges but there are no recent updates.
