I “purchased” an item on this website after seeing an ad for an item on facebook. I completed the transaction but putting in my debit card info and I received a confirmation email with an order number. The email stated that I would be notified when the item shipped. My debit card was charged the next day. A week later I hadn't gotten any emails about shipping so I tried finding a customer service number with no success. There was only a place to submit an email to customer service. I sent an email and received no reply back. At this point I became skeptical and started searching for reviews for this company and ran into multiple reviews on facebook that said this company charged people for an item and just never shipped the item and never responded to any emails or anything. I am in the process of filing a fraud claim and deactivated my debit card immediately after seeing these reviews. I wish I had seen them before making the purchase.
