They have a system that combines orders. On 2/26/24 you are told that when a fire flame is around your consultant photo the order combination is live. Which combines your orders so you can be over the minimum order dollar amount and not pay shipping. Additionally, you receive free pieces of jewelry when you order every 10 pieces. So if your orders don't combine you are not given the accurate amount of items for free. So I had 3 orders that day. I only received 2 of them so far, so I am unsure the exact amount lost. When I called today 3/1/24 they advised that they don't offer refunds for the shipping if the orders don't combine. However, I feel that I should be refunded since the system did not accurately work that day, the orders were failing and not processing correctly. So I couldn't order correctly the amount of items to make the minimum order. We were never told that that order combination is not a guarantee which they are now stating it's not guaranteed. Additionally, they are now switching and baiting orders... I ordered 5 bracelets and they shipped another bracelet -- I am not complaining about this since they issued a refund and told me to keep the bracelets shipped in error but I believe this is an illegal practice, especially if your bracelet ordered was to match a necklace ordered!
