Site said items were made in South Carolina, easy returns… I received ordered items but the quality and sizing were not acceptable. I had many correspondences in attempt to return items and was offered, at different times, $20, $48, $60 refund for $155 purchase and told to keep the items. When these offers were not accepted, I was told to ship items to a Dubai address, where they would be inspected, and if acceptable, a refund would be provided.

This retail advertises on their webpage that their clothes have a quality guarantee and easy returns. Yet, I bought 4 dresses and 3 were terrible quality - cheap fabric, poorly sewn, and ill-fitting. When I tried to return them, the retailer tried to negotiate with me to give a very small refund and keep the clothes. It turns out that the do not allow returns because the return location is in Dubai and it is more expensive to ship than return. And they are refusing to refund what I paid. I've now had at least 10 messages back and forth with them and each time they offer me a little more money but less than half of what I paid.

On August 2nd 2022 I purchased two dresses from the Pappya.com website that I navigated through Facebook. I paid a total of $87.38 for my purchase. The dresses were delivered on August 24th 2022. I immediately opened the package and was displeased with the quality of the merchandise. I reached out to the company at [email protected] and on their website to return the items. The first email response was to offer me to keep the dresses and they will give me $15. I declined. Then I got an offer for $28 and then $35, which I declined and continued to request my refund. I have never had to bargain with a business to return merchandise. I just want to warn others not to purchase anything from this business.

I requested a return for clothing items to be returned. I paid almost $300 for 8 items and needed to return 7. They first offered me a $36 refund and to keep all the items. I said no. Then they offered me a $48 refund and to keep all the items. I said no. Then they offered me $88. I said no again. Not sure how long this will go on or if I will ever be able to make the return and get my money back. I can't find an address on their site (somehow, I missed this warning sign prior to ordering!). The return address reads "Shipping Center at 79 Thomas McGovern Dr. in Jersey City, NJ. I've tried to google it. Google maps shows it as an Amazon warehouse. In other views, it looks to be an empty warehouse. BUYER BEWARE!!!
