The company advertised that it was launching a beta reading program where readers could earn up to $100 per book read and reviewed. After reading and reviewing a book written by the publisher himself, I was hired as a reader. Weeks went by with no further contact. Upon inquiry I was told that they were having technical issues with the site. This was the same response that was given over several more inquiries before they stopped responding at all. I was hired in August of 2023 and have had no communication since December 23, 2023. I believe the whole thing was a scam so the publisher could get reviews of his own lousy book, which was a thinly veiled ripoff of Harry Potter.
