I contacted Cozy Cottons asking questions and the "breeder" said he was horrified about this and finally after several back and forth texts, he stated he would give me a refund. That was several days ago and have yet to see my $900.00 back. Cozy Cottons phone number is 678-861-3991.
Shame on people who steal from people with promises. I am not sure who to contact now but perhaps someone can assist by posting this everywhere so that another person will not get caught up in this scam.

So I paid the $850, and the person said the cat will be shipped first thing in the morning through “Paradise Pet Movers”
Paradise Pet movers sent me a tracking number to keep track of the pet.
Several hours later they sent a text saying they have been trying to contact me, they asked if they where using the right email. They showed me the email that was associated with the Zellle account I sent the $850 to. So I gave them my email. They then sent an email about the the cat will be held by the “Insurance and Quarantine department of the City International Air Port” in Pennsylvania unless I pay for the “Life Insurance certificate” and “The refund will be made in cash at time of delivery and it will have to be refunded in total as stated in clause 7A of the U.S Aviation Commission / Financial Bureau laws.“
I quickly called the seller from “Dazzling Feeling” to tall him. He said he was shocked but I shouldn’t worry and pay the money. I replied that I didn’t have the extra $1,690. It want my responsibility to know about the extra cost and that I demanded a refund. Then Pet Paradise Movers texted me to “fallow the instructions” and send the money through a Zelle account. So this supposedly legitimate business is asking money through a Zelle account.
Then the Dazzling Feelings person tried to intimidate me saying that “I could be charged with Pet Abandonment” and I told him, according to the bill of sale that I wasn’t responsible for the safe transport of the kitten.
He then argued that the kittens life was worth more than the $850 and that he is going through a nasty divorce. He even offered to pay half of the $1,690. He said he’ll refund me once the kitten has returned to the compound.
Which has yet to materialize.
So I contacted Paradise Pet movers. I called them and complained, they hung up on me when I asked for Proof of Life. I contacted Dazzling Pers for updates and the airport the Kitten was sent.
No one can prove the cat’s existence, the airport’s existence or that any of this is real.
My only hope is that the Dazzling Feelings person (or Owner of the fraudulent website) keeps saying he’ll refund me once the cat is back on the compound.
