PLEASE READ AND RESPOND IF YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS.
Attention! Please note that once you register on the dashboard that means you agree with the terms and conditions and you are committed to start working. All resignations must be done with 2 weeks’ notice so we can find a replacement if ever. Thank you!
Please keep in mind that your dashboard won't function until you get the confirmation email in 2-3 hours.
Please log in when your dashboard is active, go to SETTINGS to set up your payment method, then click the “HELP” section for instructions.
STRICT REMINDERS:
* You have to login everyday for attendance with or without package to process. Please log in Monday through Friday at or before 9AM and at any time on the weekend to see the scheduled tasks for the coming week. A $100 weekly bonus is given for perfect attendance.
* Please be sure to report packages as soon as they arrive because we cannot have any kind of delay with deliveries. (Please click "TASK ACCEPTED" when you see them displayed on the PACKAGES page so you can click "RECEIVED" when the package arrives.)
* When mailing out packages, we'll use the same packaging. Please use a pair of scissors or a cutter to carefully and precisely open brown boxes, carrier boxes, envelopes, and plastic bags. Manufacturer boxes cannot be opened.
* Always upload the item's photos as soon as you have them. You can take pictures of the items inside the carrier box after you've opened it. You can submit Invoice pictures if there are any. If it is in a manufacturer box, just snap a picture of the box and DO NOT OPEN IT.
*We will send you steps on how to get free supplies from the carriers but it is not mandatory.
*We use labels only from the dashboard. Make sure to wait for the label to be generated before sending off your packages. We do not use return labels that comes with the packages.
*Packages must always be scanned by the carrier and not just sent on a drop box because we need the receipt. No receipt posted is not considered sent. Before leaving the store make sure to check the tracking number on the receipt to make sure they scanned the correct label. Time frame to ship each package is 24hrs after label is posted.
* Whenever there may be delays in reporting, mailing packages, or, of course, emergencies, please let us know.
*We have VIP packages for pick up and the bonus is $100 extra. Each VIP must be picked up ASAP.
*Changing of address must be done with 2 weeks advanced notice.
Please follow the time frames to prevent penalties.
For shipment instructions, we will send separate emails, and the accounting department will send an email containing the W4 form for tax deductions.
