ordered a sweatshirt that was a yeezy/gap/balenciaga collaboration. What I received was clearly counterfeit. Emailed them and they said I could return but the shipping fee would be $60-$70

this issue with the item was I was expecting what was photographed. After giving the gift to my boyfriend he pointed out the “Raiders” logo was not accurate. From the stitching of the letters to the logo itself. In addition, the stitching throughout the entire jacket. Once he pointed that out i inspected the item myself and also noticed the “Starter” metal logo attached to the jacket was also not accurate. I hope this description helps.

Advertising high end clothing items and delivering poor quality items that do not meet their descriptions and then refusing to provide a return label offerinf you a small partial refund instead.

I ordered the limited edition 1 and 8 McDonalds jacket from Paragon Jackets. While the site uses a picture of the official jacket advertisement on its website (priced on sale at $119 as opposed to original price of $189), what I received was a counterfeit. It should have been made of real leather and wool but it was made of cheap imitation materials, there were no labels in the jacket (not even any to identify the material) and the jacket reeked of a gasoline smell. It was supposed to arrive in two weeks but took nearly two months because it shipped from somewhere overseas. I immediately reported my concerns once I received the jacket and the seller promised a $80 refund so that I didnt have to worry about returning the item but never issued the refund. I filed a complaint with Paypal but I ultimately had to return at my own expense of nearly $50 to Malaysia and I am still waiting for Paypal to refund the $119 (apparently, the seller still has to confirm receipt even though I provided proof of shipment to return address provided to seller). Thus, at this point I have shelled out $169 in dealing with this fradulent item. Also, although I purchased from the Paragon Jackets website, the transaction was posted under Hamid Jackets.
