They said I have a dept with them and I needed to pay $1700 plus or they will be filing a motion I will be served on the 15th of December. I ask for a website and they would not provide one.

Received a call from Anthony at paralegal services group. Staying I had an outstanding debt for an overdraft . The original amount of over draft $379.57 . He said the total was $3464.36 due to I terst and fees.

Called the bank of the over draft and they didn't know anything about this business. They claimed legal papers went out to my child hood address.

Couldn't provide the #for the collection agency TMT COLLECTIONS that they received the account from. Wouldn't send any email about it until I agreed to make a payment arrangement. When I asked questions he got ride and said he didn't need to help me .

The previous call I got from THE CALVARY GROUP was the same attitude. Both wanting money now & refusing to send any info to me about it until I made an agreement to pay so they weren't "wasting their time on me." I did not pay. Be aware of these scammers - always ask for a apaper trail before and agreements are made.
