I entered into a contract on March 10, 2022 with Ghostwriting Wizards, also called Paramount Ghostwriters. Their address is 444 South Flower Street, Citigroup Centre, Los Angeles, CA 90071. Ghostwriting Wizards President is Richard Brown, Account Manager Rick Jordan. I also found another address at New York City at 99 Wall Street, New York City, 10005. Ghostwriting Wizards were hired to help me write a book about my life that started with my brother’s death that took place on Dec 18, 2021. The book was going to start and end at his funeral and I would reflect back throughout my life recollecting events that happened to both of us. I have a signed contract guaranteeing that if I am not 100% satisfied, I can have a full refund. I also have a recorded message of Rick Jordan confirming this on May 6th. After multiple back and forth versions of chapter 1 and even just the outline, I decided this company was not suitable for me and on May 13th I requested my full refund. After constant stall tactics, on June 6th Rick Jordan emailed me stating I would get my full refund within 10 business days, I have all of this documented. On June 20th, Rick Jordan texted me to tell me (after I called him asking for my money) I will now get ZERO money back and all they will offer me is service. I am yet to get that even in an email. I have demanded the email and I so far have nothing. I have notified VISA, they have opened an investigation (I purchased the service with my credit card). I have also contacted the police and they stated that this is a civil matter and cannot help me. Can the BBR please help me? I live in Canada, I am sure many others have been ripped off. I am out $1859.00 USD and I have nothing to show for it. Please help me, Kind Regards, ***** *******
