They were supposed to transport a Bengal kitten for 450.00 then hustled me into having to rent a crate (which has yet to be refunded and no kitten to date either) for 1260+ finally thought I would get my kitten and the rental fee back ....day of promised delivery they asked me for additional money for insurance on the kitten (after supposedly going thru 3 airlines) to travel the final flight connection to complete delivery.... Min. of 1045.00 was to be paid again supposedly refundable .... After I called the airports they claimed to held at paramount stopped responding or answering my calls and emails.... Still no kitten and no refunds.... Despite having an address and phone number listed on their website this place is nothing but a huge SCAM!

This company was supposed to transport my dog from California to Virginia. After paying what I thought was an initial “standard” fee for white glove transit and delivery, my dog is no longer coming and they are holding what money I had hostage. They stated that my dog would need a heated crate which I would have to rent or buy for $1200-$2900. Then after they shipped him halfway across the country, they stated I would have to pay an additional $1100 for some sort of insurance. All the money they were asking for had to be paid for through Zelle and you couldn’t pay anything with a credit or debit card. They stole my dog and my money because I didn’t have the money to pay and they would not move him any more without payment.
