It was on Facebook where it stars on the blessings post on JONES STEWART page were he will messages you and reference u to an agency that pargrant.us. short piece of information then your approved at 9% fee for services and then u have to have money in the account to contact and link to or it doesn't work. Soon as i stopped in the same place that's a dead end i hear from the jones guy playing [censored]ed like he has no idea and trys to pushing u into it but its illegal whether legit or not but it bogus and pls remember federal government grant money is free
