This website purports to sell "AKC registered" Havanese puppies, which the owner states can be shipped to willing buyers. Upon expressing interest, the prospective buyer is cursorily assessed and then told that he/she has been approved. The website owner then asks that payment for the selected puppy ($550) be sent via money gram to a specific individual in Oklahoma City, OK. Only after the cash is received will the puppy be delivered to you. The name of the person picking up the money does not match any person in Oklahoma City found through an Internet site. The breeder is not listed on the AKC website. The language in the emails is clearly written by a non-English speaker using an English translation system and come from a French-speaking person (as seen by the date line of the emails). The website does not give an address and the owner says he has the "business name" of Parker when queried about his personal identity.
