I ordered 4 cases, 3 came correct and one was not correct as it was for a different model. They asked for pictures so I sent pictures clear as day that the 1 case was not correct. Days later they asked me for the plastic wrapping that the phone came in and to please show them that wrapping- are they serious? Give me my case or give me a refund, but stop playing games. I do not know how you have a high rating Your customer service is awful.

My son ordered a phone case for his Note 20 on January 7, 2022. The phone case arrived on January 15, 2022, but when he opened it he noticed the case was not the one he ordered. The one he received was for the Note 20 Ultra. They are not compatible. When he emailed Parkfield Supplies he was asked to send picture confirmation, which he did. A few days later they asked him to send pictures of the shipping label and the packaging on the item received, which again, he did. THEN, they asked several more times over the past few weeks for more pictures of the wrong item, label and the shipping label. He sent in all the pictures they asked for, even though they kept asking for the same pictures to be sent in. Finally after all of that he got an email on January 27, 2022 with a tracking number for the replacement phone case (THE ONE HE ORIGINALLY ORDERED). On that day the tracking showed "USPS awaiting item". It is now February 5, 2022 (ALMOST A MONTH AFTER MAKING THE PURCHASE and MORE THAN A WEEK AFTER GETTING THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE REPLACEMENT) and the tracking number still shows "USPS awaiting item". Definitely would not recommend buying from this company! BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased a magnetic phone case online. Waited 10 days for delivery. Very cheaply made. Would not stay together around my phone. Requested to return for a refund.

This is their response-

Thank you for clarifying and for the details. Please note as stated in the return and refund policy you agreed to that "a photo or video evidence clearly showing the fault is required to process the replacement or refund."

To save you time and hassle and to help reduce the carbon footprint for your order, there is no need to send the package back to us.

Instead, as per our return policy for nonfaulty items, a small restocking fee of 20% ($5.99) will be deducted from your refund (the average cost of returning a package to us)

I'm going to go ahead and process your refund now, please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to be returned (depending on your bank's policies)

So I ended up paying about $8 for a poor quality product that is worth about $2. Buyer beware.

After much research, I purchased a phone case from Parkfield Supplies, I waited a week & they sent me an email saying my item still has not been received by my poastal company. I emailed them & in the email their employees infromed me my "item is beingprocessed through customs", they NEVER mentioned in their advertising/website their items are being sent from another country. Parkfield Supplies is mis-advertising their website. Right now, I just want to return the item when it comes to me, & I just want my refund.

This was my first shopping experience with Parkfield suppliers, it was so nice, on time delivery nice product, they exceeded my expectations well done.

I never received my package even contacted and updated my address

This company advertised on facebook. I ordered a product that was never delivered. There is no address or phone,only email communication. They give you a tracking number and tracking site. When you go to the site it tries download malware.

This company showed up while I was searching for a gift. I found a few items, tried to place an order, and it said my credit card was not valid. I got busy and before I could go back to see what was going on I received an email from the CEO Phil. I went back to the company website and realized there is no contact info. No address or phone, the only contact is the email address provided. This seems very fishy. I have notified my credit card company.
