Fake Jewelry scam - Someone was on the 520 to 405 S ramp with car on the side and waiving hand for help. I stopped the car and person said he is from Dubai and knows little english and he lost his credit card and need money. He is millionaire in Dubai and has car show room and was showing pictures on his phone. He said his family is with him and he needs to go to LA and he will return the money later. He offered his gold jewelry and Rolex watch etc. and I did not take any jewelry or watch etc. as I wanted to help someone in the new country. He still insisted on giving his gold ring and I gave him $ 500. I even had my doubts while giving money, but just thought to help someone in need. Later when I came back home and did google search on fake jewelry scam this Dubai scam was available online. I just want to inform others to stay alert and not give money to such people
