I purchased a swimming pool through this website using paypal, I placed the order on 06/06/20 I have not heard from the company regarding this order although I keep checking. I got an email on 06/23/20 even though the website advertises 2 day shipping within the US saying shipping update along with the tracking number via UPS, I clicked on the tracking number and it says it was delivered on 06/18/20 left at the porch. I am home due to the Covid 19 pandemic and my gate is closed with a dog inside so no way it was left on my porch. So I am doing more research on the companys website and the phone number is linked to a church, I called twice so now I am looking for reviews on this website and I see someone has a review with all this scammer information! I paid $55 for the swimming pool, thats fine even though I am not working I am trying to help someone else not get scammed by this company. I have two emails for the company the one provided by paypal which is [email protected] and [email protected]

The same exact thing happened to me! I am filing a claim with Paypal now. It's not legit and I didn't check like I should have. I also saw no complaints so I am trying to warn others also!

I ordered an inflatable pool from this website. After not receiving the item I messaged the company through their website customer support. No answer. I then emailed them directly from my personal email. No result. I then called the phone number listed and it was the answering machine for a church. Luckily I paid using paypal (which payment went to an individuals name) so there is hope of getting my money back.

I was looking for a swimming pool for my son and they are all crazy expensive but I did find it for close to what I paid at my local store before that one popped. It was called the PD Store and so I talked to my husband about price and shipping and placed the order. I did read the shipping policy that states that the 2 day shipping (which they advertise on their page) could take up to 12 business days after processing. I could wait and didn't think much of it. I ordered on 6/16/2020.

I received a PayPal receipt and an order confirmation which looks legit with numbers and all that. At the bottom I noticed what the full name of the website was, parksondragon.com... that is not a super professional business name so I thought it was weird and wondered how legit it really was. Went back to the website to look for contact info and there is NO contact info on there. Only an email on the paypal receipt which isn't super professional either.

Last night 6/23/20, I emailed the non professional email address and said I'd like to know what's going on with my order and that if I don't receive it with in the 12 day time frame, I want a receipt.

This morning 6/24/20, I received an email from paypal that contained a tracking number and all the other details. I put the tracking number in the UPS website and it said it was delivered at 5:46 PM 6/19/2020. That the package weighed 7lbs and was received.

I have a ring doorbell and no UPS driver delivered a package to me at this time. As all of this unfolds it's clear that this is a scam and a clever one at that.

I called UPS and they told me the name and address on that package with that tracking number did not have my name or address on it. Plus, the package I am waiting for should have weighed 13lbs. UPS is getting security involved, I have stopped my credit card and issued a dispute.

The exact same thing happened to me with an inflatable pool! And even PayPal settled the dispute in their favor, not mine. So frustrated.

I made a purchase on this site two weeks ago and the item is "processing". In order to access their "fake" phone number, you need to have created an account. Once you call the number it calls a church in Indiana. If you scroll to the end of the webpage, you will see errors such as social is spelled socia. Customer is spelled custumer. If you look at the SSL certification logo and zoom in on it, you will see that it is a cropped picture. If you click on it. It will take you to an unrelated website. I was so desperate to get a pool that I did not look at all these red flags and I'm the one always warning people about online websites :(. Hopefully you don't see this after your purchase. I never got a pool. I had to contact my bank to cancel my card.

Website PD Store looked legit. I purchased on item on 6/5/20 selected PayPal and payment was sent to NGUYEN VAN HAI PayPal confirmation showed it was sent to Michael 4183@gmail. I received an order confirmation by email from

http://parksondragon.com/ Item wa going to be shipped by DHL.

After further review there is no contact phone number info on the website. I've emailed both parks on dragon support and Michael multiple times. On 6/14 I received a shipping email saying my item was being shipped by UPS. Tracking history shows it shipped June 7th and I received it on the 8th.
