Fax received at a job in San Angelo, TX.

Offering all inclusive trips at discounted prices w/ AIRFARE INCLUDED for some locations.

I was quoted an estimate of the possible taxes and fees, but later that amount quadrupled!! I requested a requote and this is where the run around began.

Company names included:

PARKWAY TRIP EXPERTS ( FIRST CONTACT)

TRAVELGUARUNTEED GROUP (BOOKING AGENT CO.)

This company offered a Hawaii trip for 998.00, they asked for a $450.00. They double charged my account. I have not been able to get them to refund my money. When you call them they give you the run around and never call back. There is no trip and will not provide information for the corporate office, address or anything.
