This Guy named Randall claimed to be from the GA Parole Board. He made multiple calls to my boyfriend's Father, his Mother, & myself claiming we had to send $1300 today for our loved one to be Released from Prison in GA. He said the money was needed for ankle monitor, anger management classes, no driving for certain amount of time, and other things. He was being persistent in saying we had to send it today by Zelle or Venmo. He called numerous times about our loved one. My boyfriend mother called me & asked me had I received calls from the guy or if I could look into it online. Which I did but couldn't find out much. So when the guy called the last time trying to put pressure on my boyfriend's mother, she returned with asking particular questions to see what guy would say. Sure enough some of the responds we knew wasn't correct. So she told him she would contact the actual main Parole Board in the morning to see what exactly needed to be done. So this guy Randall turns it up a notch & says "well you can do that but more than likely they will refer you back to me" & then says "I'm gonna put in that it's Active & he will have to do his remaing 12 to 15 months with No Early Release". The guy was extremely Pushy & Aggressive. The numbers the guy called from was 470-280-9531 & he gave a cell number for 770-695-7235. I done a reverse call to the cell number & it Answers "Google Voice to Connect please leave your number" & when you call the phone number it only says "Parole Board". We have looked online and these numbers to do not show as the actual number for the GA Parole Board. So I have emailed the Parole Board to find out info on this & report the caller so we can actually see if this was True Call or Actual Scam Call. The call seemed extremely Fishy.
