I ordered parakeet eggs and other items 8/18/2020. I received an email stating my order had been shipped on 8/20/2020. On 8/24/2020 I received an email from the shipping company wanting an extra $650 for shipping insurance. I have tried to contact both companies with no responses or the guaranteed refund as stated on website.
