Type of a scam Online Purchase

Found the site partimien.com through google tool search. Had prices too good to be true for all major brands: milwaukee, dewalt, kreg, makita, etc.... After ordering, I looked up more info and saw their number was previously used from another scam site. Phone:###-###-#### also looking up this address brings you to someone's residence in Minnesota. . So I'm per-emptively contacting PayPal to cancel the transaction although I'm sure they'll let it ride and force me to wait it out only to lose the money. The sale comes up to Chinese characters and not anything to do with Minnesota. the previous scam site I found also used minnesota as the business location. I should have looked it up before buying anything although most all of it was slightly less than Amzn site. You sent a payment of $xxxxx USD to ??????????? ([email protected]) We I guess unless Paypal comes through, anything you send them via paypal is gone. Their site was just made 7-2-21 which is also a telltale sign of a drifting scam operation. posting a pic of another experience from most likely the same scam operator.
