After seeing an advertisement on Facebook I ordered for a Espresso coffee machine vide order # 200513235541680 and paid $43 through my pay pal account on May 24 th 2020. After a month I was given info via e mail that my order was shipped via China 17 track post and was given a tracking number # LY 298526385CN in June and it reached San francisco on June 29 and reached me on 10 th July .what I got is a ring ..
after that when a complained at Paypal they simply said to resolve it with the seller and gave time till Aug 6 th after which the compliant gets nullified . till Aug 5 th the company people replied to my e mails saying that the refund is frozen and unless I cancel it they can not to do any thing. and I contacted Pay pal asking what to do. they did not reply me at tall. And after Aug 6th after that no reply at all.from the Builondip people. Now Paypal says I have to report it to white collar crimes website.
this is all cheating and scam .
I do have all e mails and pictures of all the items
Do not know what to do.
