I purchasrd a part from this company and paid extra for shipping. The purchase was made the 21 of January and as of January 30, it has not come. I contacted the USPS who got in contact with me who informed me my package was at a facility that was facing back logging issues and did not know when it would be processed. I asked about my priority shipping, to which she informed me that my shipping was ground only and that companies say they ship it priority sometimes even after payi g for it but often they ship it ground and take the funds and pocket them. Ive sent several emails to this company and have not received any replys regarding a refund or anything related.
