I called them and they said it should be shipped by the end of the week it was being tested. So I waited another week and called them and ask why hadn't my engine shipped yet they said it should be shipped the next day . I waited for confirmation of shipment. I got nothing >> so I called and they said the engine was shipped to the wrong location and it was being returned to the warehouse. Now I am 3 weeks into this nightmare. come to find out it was the wrong engine and it was never shipped to start with. So I said we have the wrong engine and we need to change the order so we picked the correct one and it was $1970. It was 70 dollars more than the first one.So we do the paperwork and I am supposed to get credit for the first one and just pay $70 more. Instead, he charges my card the full amount. Now these guys are into me for $4000 bucks. Something told me to check my bank account and I saw they pulled $1900 more than agreed. So I called them back and by luck got the same person and I told him he made a huge mistake. So by luck they did the right thing and gave me back the overdraw. Something seemed strange about them and checked into them further and found out they are scammers being sued by over 100 people. Everything they promised is a lie. So after some major research and finding nothing but bad reviews on this company. I decided to cancel the order that still had not shipped yet. This was after I was told it was on the dock ready to be shipped. I called and ask to cancel and get a refund. they referred me to the warranty dept for the order to be canceled. I told the lady I needed to cancel and she said fine we will send you a confirmation email in 10 minutes that I have to sign to cancel the order. The email never came >> I thought its late in the day maybe it will show in the morning. It did not so I called again and got hung up on 2 times and could not get connected to them >> So I wrote an email attached to the contract agreement saying the order is canceled and I requested a refund on this date and time and was never contacted>> I sent that and waited another 2 days and I called them again and ask to speak to a manager and was transferred to his line which went to voice mail right away . So I left a long message with all my information and requested a callback or email reply so we can straighten out this problem > I still have not got a reply in any form or a refund. They are stealing $1970.00 from me >> I did not receive any shipping info to start with and never got a reply to my request to cancel and be refunded. This all started on Jan 23 2023 and now it's Feb 22 2023 and I have no engine or money to purchase another elsewhere. These people are nothing but liars and thieves and need to be shut down.
