I was looking to purchase a bichon frise and this website popped up. Looked pretty legit so we began talking. They even provided an address to pick up the puppy. An email showing the puppy with playful interaction not for just one but two different puppies. I paid the deposit (they would not even let me see the puppy without a deposit) of $500 to be paid through zelle. I was going to be in Alabama on Thursday and was supposed to pick up the puppy on Thursday 1/8/21. When I was almost there and tried to set up a time to pick up they informed me that due to new covid regulations they had to ship the puppy and required the remaining amount of $400. This old fool sent them another $400 to be paid through Venmo again thinking they were a legit business offering me my full money back. I was staying in a hotel in Montgomery where they are located however they insisted on using a delivery service and wanted another $800 to rent a carrier just to bring the puppy miles away to my hotel room. I told them I could not pay another $800 so I wanted my money back. I’m still waiting on my money.
