I ordered a product from an advertisement on Facebook. The purchase was made June 6, 2019 and received shipment information on June 10, 2019. As of today, June 18, 2019, the shipment has only been initiated/accepted. The product has yet to leave the originating city. The customer support response I received was that there was a customs issue that could take 10 or more days; that there is a third-party shipping issue and that they will not issue a refund of my purchase.
