How are they still coming up first in Google Searches?!?!

This website looks so official! I was so busy last week and in such a hurry to order passports, I used it twice for my children and then used it once to renew my own passport before I had a second thought that something was amiss. I've filed for refunds for all three, but who knows if they'll refund it? Discover has already refunded the fees, but I'm furious. How can this website get away with this garbage? They purport to be a Government Passport Agency, but all they do is take your information and type it into the passport application for you. Big Whoop! Now these jerks have all my personal information. Good thing I still have credit monitoring from some other breach I was victim to last year, so I can watch out for any dark web nonsense, but now I have to put credit freezes on my children's credit just to be safe. This was all so completely unnecessary. Yes, I admit, when I slowed down and went back to their website and read all the fine print, it does say that they just proofread, and they just print out the application for you, but honestly, that's ridiculous. They charge $95 for that? It's robbery. And now I have to spend all this time chasing down refunds, proving it was a scam, documenting the falseness of it all. What a waste of time and energy. Save yourself and avoid it.
