I have placed an order on 11th March 2020 and i have still not received my item on the 25th of May 2020. The customer support doesn't reply to my emails. I have asked for a refund. Very incompetent and not serious.

This is online purchass/ charity. I ordered necklace from passport ocean Feb 3, 2019 still haven't received it. When I reach out they say they will send another one. Never have I have reached out several times the last time they said they would send me another one again didnt even ask my name. I have asked for my my money back several times. They took $19.99 from me. This was my order attached never fulfilled and also have my bank statement where they charged my card.
