I purchase 2 rose gold passport covers on 05/01/2018. I received the online summary stating I would receive another email regarding shipping. To date I haven't received the email nor product. I have tried calling and emailing the company with no response.

On April 21, 2018, I visited the Instagram page "/PassportLuv" because I was fascinated with their products. I made a purchase of two passports plus shipping & handling for $23.93. I waited a whole week to receive my product, only to not hear any information about the tracking materials. I attempted to contact the business through email, only for them to not respond. I sent private messages on Instagram, but they didn't respond again. So I decided to post comments on their photos, and I also saw that other people had the same complaints as me regarding their products. That was the time they did decide to respond with my tracking information. A week later, I still received no tracking information. On the third week, I also posted again on their photos. The seller reacted by deleting my comments on the photos, and eventually disabling my comments and refusing to answer my messages. I then filed a dispute with my bank, and I am warning people to not attempt to purchase anything from these people. They have bad customer service and they are scammers!
