Was looking to get a passport and was directed to this site. Passportusa.org had all the forms and looked like it was connected to the US Passport Office. After paying the $38 I realized that they did not do anything except enter my data into a standard form. Then when I made a mistake it was not possible to edit the data. After printing the form I saw more errors from the data entry.

Requested a refund but they just replied that I used their service.

Useless service & of no value to the consumer.
