This company advertised online for a computer chair. it showed pictures of a blue and black chair for 440 and an additional $10 for shipping. Upon arrival of the delivery it was actually a tiny head rest delivered from China. There are direction on who to contact for item refunds but the person just gives the purchaser the run around. they initially offer a $5 refund, then a $7 refund stating that after shipping it is not worth it for either side to return item.

It has been well over a month and I can't seem to get any info of how/where to return this item for an actual refund. This seems to be an absolute bait & Switch gimmick based in China to abuse American consumers.
