A man claiming to be a Pastor, calling himself Pastor Sias is online posting ads for homes to rent that are not his. When someone calls about the listing he directs them to go look at the home. Since most of the homes are on Rently Lock Boxes, the prospective tenant can go and look at the home without him physically being there. So once they look at the property he instructs them to send funds to:

714 W, Lee St.

Dimmitt, TN 79027

They are to send the funds through Walmart and then text him the reference number to 443-543-6703. Here is the email address they used: [email protected]
