The scam warns the potential victim that their trademark will be canceled shortly if the renewal "offer" is not done, claiming the mark would expire/be canceled. The real kicker is this relates to a Section 8 declaration that is required by the real USPTO, but you can literally only file it after the fifth year of issuance of the mark. As the letter from the scammers states, this particular trademark was only registered on 1/12/2021, meaning a section 8 declaration and maintenance fee can not be submitted until 1/12/2026, or more than two years in the future.
