They are a fake agency pretending to be the U.S Patent and Trademark Office. They wanted us to pay $1,690 to renew, and pay an additonal $895 for the whole period of 10 years for our company name to be copyrighted.

Company sends notices regarding maintenance fees due on US Patents. Notices look official, but request payment of more than double the fee amount due to the real USPTO. Notices contain three separate mailing addresses, on the pre-addressed return envelope, the invoice and the original mailing envelope.
