Then, this company charged my credit card twice - once for $99 and a second time for $99 for zero services rendered. They auto-scheduled appointments without my knowledge (they state it was in the fine print) and charged me even the second time, without any of my acknowledgement of the appointment. They only communicate via email and do not even call. Their customer service is a nightmare - also email only :-( and you cannot even check on the date of your appointments on their website! And, this is an "online" mental health services company! Awful and prey on vulnerable people.
