Type of a scam COVID-19

I received 4 different text messages from two different "Short Codes" 72719 (Patient First) and 78156 (Twilio) saying I was subscribed to Patient First charge reminders, Patient First Covid Lab results, then a Patient First Portal Verification code, Then I received a Patient First

Unsubscribe message. I am not a Patient First customer. My concern is Patient First has lost control of their message system and I am also concerned they use an outside service (Twilio) for two factor authentication.
