That was the site they told me to go to to verify my info or something. I didn't go to it.
Looking to get medical records from specific hospital and these people had my hospitals name and were willing to get my medical records to me. In which I THOUGHT at the time they were apart of the medical records of the hospital being the name of Tennova my hospital being on it. And after I filled everything out, I got to the end and it said I could pay $30.00 as a one time charge or pay $3.99 a month for unlimited records. I just about did it and I got to thinking that ice give to the hospital'
