Answered ad on Facebook Marketplace for a patio set. $500.00 Talked with alleged seller (Dori Ditty) by facebook marketplace, planned to meet 06/03/2024 @ 5115 Harvard Amarillo TX @ 5:30. Seller requested a deposit initially, $150. Which I sent by Venmo. She then contacted me back said her husband has a buyer ready to pay full amount. So I foolishly sent the remaining $350. But I had an address, that is why I thought legitimate. Went to 5115 Harvard, little older lady came to door. Did not know a Dori Ditty and did not have a patio set for sell. I tried to contact seller back, but not receiving messages. I filed a police report with Amarillo Police Department, Venmo & my bank. The Venmo address is Jame-mcmahon-174K (3944)

Last 4 of his phone I assume.
