Total scam, I spent about 35$ and it took over a month for them to tell me my product was "delivered" . I had to contact them twice asking them what was taking so long and they wouldn't provide courier information. Then after they told me it was "delivered", they would not issue me a refund and still wouldn't give me courier info. They said they were speaking to them on my behalf. NO OTHER REAL COMPANY WOULD EVER DO THAT! I want my money back or some information on who supposedly "delivered " my package, NOW!

I responded to an add on TikTok for a pair of jeans- Judy Blue.

The advertisement was for “first pair $13”.

I placed my order on 12/30/23 and never received the package. However, the tracking site says that it was delivered 2/5/2024.

Customer service is claiming that the package was delivered and signed for.

Then they claim that I might have given them the wrong address. They then confirmed that they had the correct address.

Then, after I reported that I was going to file a claim, offered me a 60% discount which I declined stating that I deserve 100%.

The company listed on my credit card receipt is payfly*poptimea

I disputed the charge with my credit card.
