i did an agent search for a company who performs repairs on commercial ovens. The name *** appliance service came up. I called the 617 number which is associated with the waltham location. A representative from the company came to our store he had a uniform and tool box his vehicle had the logo of the company. He came and gave his diagnosis on the pizza oven and told us he needed to order parts and wanted a downpayment for the visit and to Order the parts needed. He said he would be back after a few days. The check was cashed the same day. 2 days later he was no where to be found. He never showed up to complete the job and he took our money. We believe this is a scam company because when I called the main line 508 area code located in Wrentham a guy by the name of Randy told me this company no longer exists and probably this guy had stolen the company's receipts and uniforms to represent the company. But the company doesn't exist. So our conclusion is that we where scam by these people.make a public note to this event. The company is a scam!
