On 2/10/2024 I found this business on Facebook and ordered a free coin. The shipping was $4.97. I received the coin. I first noticed a $89.97 charge on my credit card on 2/13/2024, and then another $89.97 in March and April 13, 2024. When I saw the charges on my April statement, I called the business on 5/7/2024 and was told by Belle I had signed up for a subscription service and could not get a refund but they would give me a store credit. I said no and they said would refund me the first charge and half of the second charge. They said they would cancel the subscription. On 5/17/24 I received 2 credits: $44.98. and $89.97, but then they charged another $89.97 on 5/17/24. I called them on 6/21/24 and was told the subscription was cancelled. I asked to speak to a manager about the refund. but was told to call back, I am owed $229.90. I saw nothing on Facebook that I was signing up for a subscription service when I ordered the free coin.
