FREE GIFT SCAM
I was solicited multiple "FREE GIFT" schemes that requested personal information to receive the limited gift.
Having provided the information for the free gift advertisement... none of the items are ever delivered.
It is my belief Patriot Wholesale Club targets consumers' personal information for future purchases unauthorized.
BE AWARE of the "FREE GIFT SCAM" they do not deliver.
Patriot Wholesale Club does not provide "Purchase confirmation email receipts" confirming purchases; as it does not intend to keep a record or paper trail of deceit.
Be sure to make a PDF file of all transactions you may have attempted to purchase a solicited 'Gift".
Also, regularly check your BANKING ACCOUNT STATEMENTS for unauthorized use and purchases that may be from Patriot Wholesale Club and any subsidiaries connected to this scheme.

But this is how to contact them you can call 1-888-250-8113 all day long and get nothing, BUT go to their web site and click on the same number to call do not dial it just click and they will ANSWER! I am sure this is another # linked by your clicking on the 8113 # on their site. I got the membership stopped and one months refund.
I told the nice lady I would be praying for her to find honest employment.
Your best recourse is not to feed this fat pig by purchasing his third world [censored] hole junk...this loser is no patriot scam wording to get you to think your getting quality products

I had received an email about a free product and was supposed to have only paid for $4.95 as shipping.
I had no idea that I was being scammed. It was supposed to be a free prize, just pay $4.95 shipping. But then I find out it was a free TRIAL and they wanted another $50 for a laser flashlight! Pretty much any product should be returnable within a certain amount of time which they did not state or notify, so this is a TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. I do not want the product and I want to return it. It is an useless product and not at all worth $50. Apart from that I am being charged $39.99 for membership without my knowledge and consent for the last 6 months. I strongly suggest to avoid this company!
