Received a fraudulent confirmation of an annual renewal order for $3449.99 this morning and a number to cancel it. I did NOT order it, nor did I the prior year. To cancel it I had to call an 800 number and invested 1 hour and 20 minutes - but didn't get a cancelation. They had me open my online bank account and when it got to putting it my social security number - I told them again that this was bogus and hung up - telling them I was going to report it.

I'm invited for another hour this morning trying to find a legit place to report this FRAUD. As a former senior bank officer, you would have thought I would have spotted this earlier than this long call.

PLEASE CONTACT MAFEE SOFTWARE to make this aware of this serious fraud!! I tried for another 30 minutes but only found I could order the software for a fraction of the $350.
