Not long after we purchased this my wife called to cancel our subscription.
After that call we assumed we would be contacted somehow to let us know our cancellation was approved. We heard nothing from them so we assumed it was taken care of. That was in 2019.
On March 24th, 2023 we got a call from Geek Source LLC telling us we owed $5000 for the past 5 years. If we cancelled they would charge us $5000 and if we continued with their services it would only be $1999.00
They told us they had no record of us calling in 2019 so we had to pay either way.
So, as my wife was on the phone with them I ran to our bank and canceled all our accounts at our bank. Just waiting to see or hear back from the scammers.
