We had the same experience with UGA tickets. Got us for $540. We have a text now number he was calling from but we have another number for Apple Pay and an email address for PayPal. The phone number the money was sent to is 309-251-9901 registered to Aulisha Johnson, Peoria Illinois. The PayPal email was [email protected] or @lishajohnson494. The email that showed up for the Apple Pay was [email protected].
I’m not sure if this is the same guy but i would love to get confirmation. Also it appears this Lisha Johnson is probably involved with him somehow.

Carport Scammed on Craigslist

He got me too... going by Big Ben I think. I responded to his carport ad. He said he was coming on Tuesday. Then strung me along for nearly a week before blocking me. Had every excuse in the book for why his "crew" was behind schedule.
I should have known when cashapp wouldn't let me pay him at first... so dumb. I really want to find this a*hole!

I also got scammed, I've been flagging his craigs list adds but after a few hours the adds show up on craigs list in the exact same spot, word for word. He has also flagged my scam warning and it is a pain in the butt to re post that scam warning.
I believe that Craigs List is running the scams or he works for Craigs List.

I caught his scam before he could get my money, he had messed up the receiver address so I was able to get my 500.00 back.
He uses several aliases. Big Ben, Ben Locke, Paul Benjamin Locke, Paul Locke, Paul Benjamin locke, Ben Johnson, Byron Chapman.He has 71 identical ads posted on Craigslist. He had his phone # changed Tuesday this week. Claimed he lives in Sanderson Georgia and has 4 kids. Sounds mid 30s uses [email protected], [email protected]
Has a cashapp ID $FishingBLaact asks for cashapp, moneypak or Google pay
He also is wanted for theft in the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court, Alachua County Criminal Justice Center located in Alachua, Florida. Craigslist scammer Paul Benjamin Locke, Ben Locke, Paul Locke, BigBen Locke. Hope the FBI finds him before a scam victim does. Peach bowl tickets

Has an ad on Craigslist for peach bowl tickets. Has a very elaborate story about owning falcons seats which is actually the process that falcons season ticket holders have. All of his stories checked out. Sent the money and he actually continued to stay in contact after the money was sent for some odd reason. He has actually has the guts to make you believe you’re still getting what you paid for.

He took us for $500.00 for 2 UGA/Tenn tickets. Was very helpful at first, even calling back to check with us about it taking so long to download the tickets. He said they were backed up but that they would be downloaded by that evening-yesterday. I called him several times last night and he didn’t answer. Left messages. Today when I call Verizon says call can not be completed. I wish I could do something about this. What is his hometown that someone mentioned earlier. .

Due to the fact that we had to pay him with a Money Pak card we are stuck with no way to get our money back. I can’t get him on the phone either. “Can’t be completed as dialed”. Someone on here said they reported him to the police in his hometown. Would love to have the name of his hometown.

BEWARE Paul Locke with fake carport

Paul Locke took our money for a carport, and did not deliver. I am soooo mad that I fell for it, because I am soooo careful! Talked to him for several days over the phone. I first asked for the refund, he told me no problem, then he declined the refund and now has my number blocked. I will be filling a police report on Monday with his hometown, and all the info I have on him. This isn't the first time he has done this. Found records of his scamming back to 2020 and further!
