Consumer received call from Paul Hayman claiming to be from Mega Millions, stating he was "in the neighborhood" and she had won 18 million dollars, plus $1500.00/month for life. All she had to do was go out and buy a $100.oo Green Dot MoneyPak Scratch Card. She was to call him back when she had it ready and he'd stop by; she'd need the card and her ID. She told him he was a scammer and discontinued contact.
