The website owner advertises services on his website, promising to build websites for you. He will ask for up front payment, after you pay him he refuses to take your calls or deliver the website he promised to build.

The name of the website owner is Turi Madugwa, I transferred money into an account he gave me on the promise he would help me build a website. The transfer was made in the first week of November 2019, This is 5th December, he has stopped picking my calls or responding to my messages.

Turi Madugwa is from Nigeria but his online activities indicate that he resides in Ghana
